A patch is already available for East India Company to update this just-released RTS game to version 1.01. The patch is available on The Patches Scrolls, where they also offer the patch notes, which say the following:

- game pause can now be disabled in the game info by a checkbox or the pause-button
- the 3D Port view can now be disabled in the port loading screen
- the 2D Port view loading screens (with game tips) can now be disabled

- a problem with some file names on certain language settings fixed
- a problem with Navigator skill fixed
- a problem with marines not always shooting on the tactical battles fixed
- some minor typos fixed
