A manual patch for the recent automatic patch for Fallout 3 is now available for those who would rather step on the clutch to update the action/RPG sequel. The US and UK English version 1.7 patches are available on this Bethesda Softworks Downloads Page, and there are also pages for the French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Austrian versions. They also offer links to patch notes which are not actually online at the moment, but an outline of the new Mothership Zeta achievements it adds can be found on the Examiner. Downloads of all these patches are mirrored on Gamer's Hell and The Patches Scrolls.
