Subject: Having a (Quake) baby, need a name
Hi, my wife and I are having our first child on or around 1/24/98 and we do not have any names picked out yet. Would it be possible for you to post a note on Bluesnews.com asking people to send me name suggestions? I read your page at least twice a day, and have it set as my startup page. I have been playing Quake since qtest1 and it would be appropriate that 20 years from now I could say, "Well son/daughter, there was this game called Quake that I played every day when you were in your mother's belly. And I asked everyone else around the country who played Quake what I should name you, and that's why we named you <whatever>." I suppose this isn't REALLY Quake related, but I think that it would be appropriate to name our son/daughter (we didn't want to find out what we are having) something that was suggested by somebody that played Quake on a regular basis, like myself. Thanks!
