-----written in Quake era-----
in early versions of CTF, players could
choose whatever shirt color they wanted. a crossdresser is
a person who is on the blue team (wears blue pants), but wears
a red shirt (or versa vice). crossdressing was particularly
annoying knee-deep in the dead err water, when only a player's
shirt is visible.
later ctf versions show the pants color more
prominently on the shirt, thanks to
grey_ghost's custom
ctf skin. as of version 4.1, CTF disallows
cross dressing.
-----current-----
Quake II CTF does not allow crossdressing at all, since
players wear either a blue skin or a red skin.
