This is the North-American version 1.10 patch for Medal of Honor: Allied Assault.
The changes in this patch are:
1. Includes an in-game GameSpy server browser.
2. Cheat protects god mode, wuss mode and teleporting in multiplayer.
3. Optimizes the game under lag conditions.
4. Allows dedicated servers to be run from a command line.
5. Allows sophisticated users to have remote control of servers hosting games via a command line.
Note this is for the North American version only. Asia Pacific and European territory patches will be out soon.
