| Description: |
New Media Generation is happy to present the new demo of our game -
Hired Team: Trial Gold edition. The original Hired Team: Trial hit the
stores in Russia back in September. Since then we worked night and day
on the golden version of our game. Hired Team: Trial Gold will ship in
Europe Q1 2001. The Russian version will be our a bit earlier. And
we're still searching for a publisher in the USA.
But let us get back to the demo. I think that may be some of you saw
the previous demo of the game, which was in Russian (this one is in perfect
English). First to be mentioned about the mew demo is the speed - lots of
time has been spent on optimization - our guru-programmers performed some
tricks, cut something here, added something there. And here you go - the
Shine engine (HTT and HTT Gold were built on this engine, which was
developed at NMG) is one of the fastest on the market and it has all the
features of a modern engine.
Here is some cool info you'd like to here: the demo contains three levels
from the final game: Ruiner, Steel-clad Fortress and DEM. These levels will
show some of the fast paced action we've got here for you - two of the maps
are made for straight deathmatch, the third will let you play Capture The
Flag (Steel Clad Fortress map).
There will be 7 types of weapons, only two of those are left behind the
scene - there must be a place for a surprise in a final game, right?
