That would be pretty tough, not in the least because of the three view modes that need to be taken into account, and not something I will be able to invest time into any time soon, if at all.

Buttons to go the previous and next thread in a forum would be nice to have, basically saving a click per thread when going through all the unread threads.
Keyboard shortcuts for the same thing (j and k are the usual keys) would be amazing, but probably out of scope.
