I'd have to say Epic's $10 'coopon' is probably the best deal going atm. I've been mulling over grabbing AC Valhalla as I can get it for $55 CDN with that $10 off now. That or Subnautica BZ which would be $12 CND for me with that coop which there's no way you're going to see it that cheap on Steam for years to come, if ever. I really don't want to buy anything that I can only use with the Epic client. I don't feel they're going to be around long term.
Edit: Huh, nevermind. I forgot AC V is on Ubisoft+ so I guess I'll rent it instead and buy the GOTY version in a year or two instead for the season pass.
