NetMeter isn't accurate enough for my taste, doesn't take into account DSL overhead and the like. Launchy however is an awesome app. The list overall was pretty meh though.

I've never tried launchy, but 99% of what Launchy does, windows 7's start button does too? Or am I just crazy?

Launchy is much more customizable, you can drill down to ridiculous levels and it's ability to use any hotkeys you desire is nice as well. It's a great app and you can't argue with the price
