You do realize that many restaurants do indeed offer you a refund if you are unsatisfied with your meal? Or theaters that will refund your money if you don't like a movie? Granted, you usually can't eat the entire meal or watch the whole movie but you don't need to in order to find out whether it's bad. Much like you don't need to beat a game to find out it sucks and promptly delete it.
