Maybe they need to clean the tubes of the internet. They get dirty from time to time and that's often why youtube videos look low quality.
Perpetual debt is slavery.
I've tried for two days to connect to this game. It has quite possible one of the worse network management engines I've seen.

You can open the next TCP ports in your router:
For login server: 22233
For game: 50000 - 50500
This after one of the first things on my list was
- I use ZoneAlarm Pro and gave full access, including all ports, to nProtect, Spellborn Launcher, and Sb_client.exe.
