Street Fighter IV Street Date: "This Winter"

G4's The Feed has a general release date for Street Fighter IV, learning the fighting game sequel is coming to North America "definitely this winter," from producer Yoshi Ono, who also stresses "We don't want to start rumors that it's this year," as winter runs through March. He says he feels bad North American customers have to wait, saying: "That's why we're trying to get it to you as soon as possible. Before the Japanese have a really long period of time to get really good at it first and totally kick your butt onlineā€¦"

The 360 has about the worst dpad in console history. You'd almost be better actually using it's analog stick than putting up with that terrible thing.

Or you know, something good, like a USB arcade stick.
Heh, I haven't used one of those since the Sega Saturn - bloody massive thing that was. NEway, I think a X360 controller will suffice.

Please come out on Steam. It was disappointing that Bionic Commando Rearmed never made it, despite it being an announced platform - I just hope they can work out the issues for this game. I'm still hopeful, as other Capcom games like Lost Planet: Extreme Condition are already on Steam.

This game looks great and it's been a LONG time since any decent fighter was released on PC. How we even have the X360 controller to make it worthwhile.
