Contact your local city/county government who have signed market exclusivity (monopoly) agreements with your cable ISP's. Demand that your representatives alter these agreements to allow for much more reasonable traffic amounts.

With most of the major internet providers heading down the path of download restrictions. Sites like this one are going to take the brunt of it. Seems to me that streaming video will soon be only for the rich, hence their market is going to shrink by a large margin.
