This bill of rights could really make a difference in the PC gaming arena. I don't think they're saying that this is what every developer has to do for their customers. They're saying "this is what we're going to do for our customers." Others can follow suit or not. But I know who I'd rather buy games from.
I'd like to see more companies agree to this and follow through on it. It could be a great way for some good companies to distinguish themselves further and gain a loyal following of customers that will appreciate them as much as we appreciate Stardock and Valve for their standards and support.
