GamerChip reports that retailers have told them a modified version of
Fallout 3 has been cleared for sale in Australia (thanks
MCV), after depictions of drug use caused the Australian OFLC to refuse the
sale of the uncut version down under (story). They don't seem
convinced enough to take this out of the rumor category, but apparently more
than one shop has told them they are now taking preorders for a version of the
game that has had all references to drug use stripped out.
has anyone seen the television series "the hollowmen?" it follows an austrailian government think tank in a style similar to that of the show "the office". 4 episodes have aired. i find it very entertaining and hope theres an upcoming episode about gaming censorship.
