On a side note, the technical problems is the least of anyones worries with this game, the lack of missing content and the fact that at least 50% of all the stuff that is in the game isnt working properly or at all, now that is a story worth writing about, and it seems no one dares to write it!

Now can anyone guess why that is??

I have a nifty blue line!

Most of the problems seem to stem from the fact that most people have high performance flat-screen monitors that require a high resolution to display properly, and this paired with "average" cards doesnt bode well.

The game actually scales really well accross resolutions, I prefer running it at 1024*768 with all settings and sliders MAXED out except for shadows, and the game runs smooth as silk in most areas.

My system:
E 4600 dual core @ 2.4 Ghz
2gb ram,
WinXP Pro,
8800 GT 512

I promise you if you meet or exceed these system reqs, you will have 0 technical problems with this game!

Running it at 1900x1200 with mostly high settings on a 8800 GTS 640. Not smooth as butter but I'm not expecting that.

Looks fantastic and runs good enough for a MMO. Not expecting FPS frame rates... but then the last few FPS games didn't give anyone great frame rates either.

8800GT stock
E6600 2.4 @ 3.0
4 GB DDR2-800 @866
Xonar DX
Vista 64

1680*1050, High, 16x AF no AA, NPC view distance turned up a bit I get 30-40fps in cities 40-60 outside. Good, especially when you consider how good the game looks.

Note: Didn't read the article, just figured I'd drop the info for anyone interested. My rig is definitely not top of the line anymore, hell, I built it a 1.5 years ago when Conroe first shipped (even had to buy OEM since you couldn't get retail at the time).

I run 1680 x 1050 all maxed on my 8800 GT (700/1700/2000) and 4 gig ram on my XP system , and it runs like a dream! 60 FPS..nope, but very nice for how good it looks!

1920x1080 on high, 8800GTS512, an E6600 and 4(3)gb of RAM on Vista32. I get 50-60+ outside, 35-45 in cities, and was getting more until I shut off my overclock due to heat worries here in summer time.

There's plenty of info out there to get reasonable performance out of the game without turning everything off.
