They are "afraid", (more like smart enough not to) because they could be sued for millions in lost revenue.
There are no 90 minute cut scenes, so if you run a website and rant and rave about how there is X amount of 90 or 60+ minute cutscenes and how god awful the game is, you hurt their sales, and you are lying /exaggerating for the sole purpose of hurting their game.
Also revealing spoilers and hinting details like Eurogamer did, in their rage filled rant of a thing they called a review, is a surefire way to get taken off the market.
