I wouldn't expect there to much of an advantage of running this on a 64-bit OS vs a 32-bit OS, benchmark wise. In fact, I'd expect to see Vista 64-bit get slower performance vs Win XP 32-bit (just because Vista adds more overhead).

I won't even think about gaming on a 64-bit OS until I see a major performance boost of a game like Crysis on 64-bit Vista with 4 or more GB or RAM vs Windows XP with lets say 3GB of RAM. The RAM limitations of a 32-bit OS are going to be the major reason to upgrade.

I'll let you know as soon as my copy shows up. I have Vista64 dual booted with XP32 all together with 4 gig of RAM installed.
