Yeah, I don't know how you can compare them. Everyone needs a CPU. Even though I liked the idea of dedicated physics, the PhysX card will never take off. A havoc chipset on Intel MBs is even less likely to happen than decent integrated graphics, just because of added cost per MB.
Personally, I'd rather see an option to dedicate a core to physics rather than a separate card or making more use of an already taxed graphics card. Intel buying Havok makes that more likely to happen.
