Interestingly he points out "the reason this works is that the devs designed the game to have a constant FOV of 75 degrees, regardless of your resolution, which is where thier unwanted zoom comes in the picture". Not cool for PC gamers, is it?
Now that we have a fix, let the rampant speculation on the choice of a constant 75 degree FOV begin! I don't care if they built the game around Standard Definition TVs running consoles and didn't bother testing WS. I'm gonna go play.
