Find me one PC game that didn't have some issues when launched
Yes yes, because obviously, all problems are alike. I mean, if your ammo drops by one for all weapons on level 9 when you jump off a toilet, do a triple summersault while firing stakes into the casino wall and land right on a big daddy's head, that's obviously EXACTLY the same as such a convoluted issue like
YOUR WIDESCREEN SUPPORT DOESN'T WORK.
So yes, it was tested. It was tested fabulously. So fabulously that nobody bothered to check it on a widescreen monitor.
But hey, it's just half the hand of your character model that you're missing, what's the biggy.
As for guys being able to take the day off ON LAUNCHDAY, the game industry is the only one that gets away with that bullshit. Name me ANY other fucking branch of anything that can launch a new product, and have NOBODY AVAILABLE TO TROUBLESHOOT THE INEVITABLE PROBLEMS.
Yes, games have bugs. "Widescreen support doesn't work" isn't a bug. It's either lazy ass design or just plain no testing.
(not bitching at you btw.)
