FilePlanet accounts now have their shot at participating in the Enemy Territory:
QUAKE Wars demo.
Lastly, the Strogg flight packs can be used in a similar manner to the Tribes jetpack.
Havent played the beta, but if thats true, Im sure they'll nerf that down because it would be scary seeing a bunch of organized experienced Tribes players taking advantage of it. Sounds cool though.

Oh, and 250KB wasn't huge back then in the early/mid-90s, especially as MP3s started to take off, becoming several MB in size.

Well my FP download just started and from the get go it was 800kbps but now it's leveling off at about 350kbps... So torrent is going faster and only has 1 min remaining. Going to keep going with the FP when the torrent finishes though in case I encounter a problem but I don't expect one, seems legit enough.

Here's the one that I'm getting over 500kbps on... Right now there is 110 seeders and 292 peers.
The other one listed on most sites is a demonoid tracker but it seems that the file has been removed because no tracker updates.
