So if anyone is interested the game now works much better than the original Guild 2 did. No more ctd's and strange behavior (except for some carts now and then). It is still a bit on the easy side but I can finally enjoy the game which I cant say I did before the expansion because of all the bugs and crap performance.
i don't think it is possible for anyone to make a decent all around great pirate game. judging by what has been seen so far. i have yet to see one that allowed me to wear lit cracker candles in my coarse dark beard and dangling from my dreading dark locks.
