Actually the man has a valid point. The security of various computer products was severely misrepresented to him.

What is most disturbing is that HP gave the FBI a backdoor to its Compaq DriveLock encryption. That right there should make people seriously evaluate who provides their encryption and how secure it really is. I know from news reports on several cases that the FBI was not been able to break through PGP encryption. That explains why the U.S. government was so persistent in having it banned from export for so long.

Michael Alan Crooker filed a lawsuit in Massachusetts Supreme Court

Only in Massachusetts.

Don't start anything you can't finish. Preferably to component atoms.

So you are arrested for making IEDs and selling "silenced" air rifles (wtf) and you're suing MS because you're "embarrassed" that the FBI found your secret porn stash? These articles don't even say it was anything freaky; just regular old white bread porn.

Aw, hell -- Milk it for all it's worth crazy man. I guess I'd probably do the same thing in your position.
