Don't use eBay then. Use a proper online store, do the research read the reviews past customers etc.
Ordering within the Eurozone is piss easy and pretty much hassle free without worry, pretty much its well aligned with the Eurozone.
You always have your Credit card protection if that is what is worrying you and you can report them as a fraudlent merchant to the payment service they use. The payment service is usually owned by a major bank.
When I play I get the largest bat I can find to hit the ball, a very large bat is the merchant's payment service. Without them the merchant (store) cant sell anything

If they get stuck on a watch list or dropped off theyre fcuked.

I have had to call WorldPay once about a store (pretty Big name store) since I had some problems getting in contact with somebody at the store so after the payment service called them their manager was on the phone pretty damn quickly. Payment service watch lists and reports of fraud strike the fear of god into online stores.
For the UK the big ones are WorldPay - owned by Royal Bank of Scotland and Protx. I always try to stay with the big name and bank owned payment services for an online store, they are reliable and a pretty damn big bat to play ball with if you ever need to
I have no worries when I order online. Anyway its just a damn computer game, its not worth collecting, thats just sales PR to get more money out of you along with the various colours of boxes (black and white) that you cant decide which one to get you just get both.
Dont be a sucker and dont purchase box sets, theyre a rip off.
