Hmmm... kinda skimpy on the graphics RAM at only 128MB.
Since the video cards are hard-wired into those, I think I'd bite the bullet and go for the 20"/2.16Ghz
That way you already have the 250GB drive, you get a slightly faster processor and a nicer screen, but most importantly, you can bump the graphics to 256MB.
If you also
get the 2GB of RAM (which is a good idea), it's another $300 out of the wallet all together, but I'd imagine you'll be happier with that for longer if you're planning to install Windows and do any gaming.
If you only want it to run OSX, then disregard that and go with your initial pick -- 128MB of graphics RAM is plenty.
