But I agree that America has every right determine who is and isn't allowed to come into their own country.
Sure, but how this whole situation came about raises other questions. Such as a) the validity of the watch process and consideration for deportation, b)Constitutionality of the whole thing (if you're not an American citizen, that may play into a higher or lower significance), and especially c) spefically who in the hell else has this sort of thing happened to?
There's a dozen American angencies the guy could sue if he persued it.
But whatever, foreign travel to the US was down 17% the past year and I hope it drops further. The process to enter the US has become very draconian in many ways and especially if you're returning from overseas, it's a pain in the ass even for government and military personnel.
Meh, don't buy a PS3. Played one for the week and they...disapoint, I'll just put it that way. Impressive system, but only two fun games and you're stuck with a Blue Ray player (system costs more that way). I don't know, it's like Sony isn't sure what the hell they want to do with the system. Just buy a Wii, so much more fun. And for those who say the controllers are a gimmick...yeah, go outside and wave two sticks in the cold air and call yourself Harry Potter, you'll have your gimmick. This system friggin rocks. This comment was edited on Jan 26, 21:10.
