Um, you do realize that Vivendi is the publisher for WoW and all Blizzard games, right? They aren't going out of business any time soon.

I understand their rank structure to be associated with position, not paygrade. Afterall, they're not receiving pay now anyway. Another example of ranks seeming arbitrary is when a certain pilot died from radiation and was subsequently made the CAG shortly before dying as a reminder of what it means to lead people.

Heh, BG would at least contain a better storyline than Starcraft if Blizzard made the game. Those guys did do a decent job on SCs and WCs.
