MMOTC (Massively Multiplayer Online Turkey Carving) is an awesome idea - you're right. Imagine if everyone collectively collaborated to control one main character's hand, and that's how the game played! You'd have the White Meat camp, the Dark Meat camp, and the forums would be abuzz with flames, screaming and general racial tension while the push from both sides left the graphical representation (the character) standing with a twitching hand. Finally, four hours into the grand MMOTC social experiment, a unified horde of cretins simultaneously makes their move. Through their combined efforts, the character slowly and deliberately stabs himself in the face. The MMOTC is down! The dream is done! The Cubs win the pennant!

Are these guys using some special codec or is this video really mono?

What is this, a game about carving turkey and separating out the meat?

That would probably make for a fun MMORPG. Massively Multiplayer Online Turkey Carving! It's a winner!

Even after participating in a press tour back in July (that was heavily scripted) I haven't brought myself to write a review. It's an extremely meh game.

My apologies to my website's Editor if he ever stumbles across this post. I'm sorry, it's not worth a write-up.

This cracks me up. WHAT A NOVEL IDEA!

C'mon, this is a key feature in any game like this, and these idiots completely sidestepped it.

This game is brutally terrible, much like most MMORPG's released lately. lets face it, no one gives a rats ass about these games anymore. The fantasy genre is DONE. WoW will not be beaten. Blizzard accomplished their goal. Now as for Sci Fi or maybe Pirates, who knows. But what is funny is the handfull of idiots that always jump ship from WoW or EQ2 for games like this and get burned bad.

Next flop up: Lord of the Rings Online

Played in the pre-release beta (.. the one they claimed was not a beta ..) and it was simply the worst game ever. It had some nice concepts, but the execution was simply horrendous.

I feel sorry for those "pioneers" who paid up front. They got ripped off badly.

Every time I see its name, I think of all the people proclaiming WoW's death because of this game. That goes for a few others, also.

I didn't even see a launch announcement for this game. I didn't know it had released until I saw a blurb on MMORPG.com about it and how it sucked.
