Now, if they can only do this with Gold Farming scams businesses operating in the US. Yeah, I'm looking at you, IGE.

Don't start anything you can't finish. Preferably to component atoms.

Yes, boo on L2Extreme; who do they think they are performing the miracle of making Lineage II entertaining enough that people actually want to play it?

And the fact with any private MMO server (for the most part) is that you don't have to pay to play... These people are running massive servers with huge upkeeps and trying to stay afloat with donations.

Yes, they are truly the most heinous of gamers.

BWAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAH!!!

Federal search warrants were served on owners of L2Extreme who were also questioned during the raid. L2Extreme was providing its users with unauthorized service and code for NCsoft's online computer game, LineageĀ® II.

Lineage 2? Come on. Like anyone gives a shit.

The FBI estimates L2Extreme has up to 50,000 active users on its service. NCsoft estimates that monetary losses and damages from the operation are costing NCsoft millions of dollars per year.

omg, that is so funny because it is such a made up comment that I fucking wet my pants! The FBI is a joke, all cops laugh at them because they always want to come in and "take over" - like bank robberies - they come in AFTER THE FACT and take credit for anything and everything. Even if they have NOTHING TO DO WITH IT other than the bank is federally insured.

I am sure the FBI did NOTHING in this case.
And why are they getting involved in soemthing to ridiculous anyway? This is the same argument as "the recording and movie industry lost 200 umpteentrillionmagillion dollars because people pirate Nick Lachey"

Fuck off.

I guess NCSoft will need to revise their NA user base from 50,000 to 0 now. Of course it's a drop in the bucket compared to the millions of subscribers in asia.

9:56 pm - Screw the Oil Companies
Hi there.

I just want to let you know that I didn't vote for you but was very happy when you didn't back down to Encanna.

I can't believe that he said:

----------------
A group of 35 energy trusts has formed a coalition, vowing to undermine the Tories if the sector is not spared from the new rules.

John Dielwart, CEO of ARC Energy Trust and the coalition's chairman, says if nothing is done to offset the damage done as a result of the government's decision, "we will personally -- myself and other CEOs -- do everything in our power to see that there is a change in government, and it will start right here in Calgary."

-----------------

Although democracy is flawed, I don't believe in the flagrant abuse of power by any company. The government is here to help the people, not pissed off CEO's.

Stick up for them please, the people, I don't believe in greedy companies. I DO believe in the Canadian government, even if I don't like their current incarnation.

Anyways, just stick up for the people, that's why you're working right now, it's the whole point. A whole bunch of gas companies trying to, and actually threatening the Canadian government is not what I beleive in. I work and live in Cowtown, but I don't believe in that crap at all.

Please get rid of them. They don't belong here.

I'm not sure how to explain it, I'm not a big fan of your party, but assholes like that gas dude can GO FUCK OFF AND DIE. I hope you understand and forgive my untastefull language. You are in control, not them.

We supply a good portion of America's energy needs. I'm not against that really, but seriously, when their companies start threatening our government with 'doing everything in our power to see that there is a change in government' I think that we should give them a wake up call.

Go tax them to hell, I'm all for it. Or kick them out of our country, I don't care. They'll be back quick enough. There's a big difference between corporations and a collective group of people, like us. Lets show them that.

Thanks, and very sincerely,
a Canadian,
