EA announces that Need for Speed: Carbon is racing into stores for PC, Xbox 360, Xbox, PS2, GameCube, and mobile platforms, with the PS3 and Wii editions to launch with their respective consoles:

FlatOut didn't have a single customization option and no unlockables past getting the "next batch of cars". Gonna need more depth than that; launching my driver through flaming hoops only works for so long.

Unless you call that horrible excuse for a car upgrade system customization.
