Complaints would be fully justified here if they went out on their own and silenced them, but not taking it through the proper channels.

So it's okay for Bush admin. officials to NOT go through proper channels by getting a warrant before doing any domestic wiretapping? There needs to be a VALID REASON they are taking our phone records, not just because they're feeling a little handicapped because of due process.
