Well you are obviously not experienced enough to realize that this registration system is also most likely tied to the authentication/DRM system for the game.
I'm not? I'm not the one making wild assumption here, guy. The cockeyed DRM scheme you drew up wouldn't serve any purpose for the developers or proving my identity online. Just as long as I can prove I have a legit copy of the game, that's all that concerns them.
Sure you may be able to give some false information for some of it, but you may not be able to play the game if you do.
Okay, short of verifying with a credit card number/billing address combination, how would it matter? ET:Q doesn't sound like the type of game set up in the venue of say...Second Life; using such information for verification.
