Maybe Zath can comment on the reaction, but there is a post on the site that it is on about the effects of chlorine mixing with nitrogen. hmmm.

Bah, I am the Chemist not Zath. But it is not a chemical reaction, just a physical one.
Liquid nitrogen goes directly from liquid to gas, as you can see when he it is carrying it in. The ‘smoke’ is just “super” cooled moisture in the air condensing on/around the nitrogen gas. The rate at which it sublimates is related to the temperature of the surroundings, but more on the exposed surface.

When he throws it the surface area is greatly increased and rapidly sublimation begins (and most of it is gone). But a decent bit makes it into the water. Liquids nitrogen is denser then the water so what is left sinks slightly and as the nitrogen is turned to gas it bubbles up. I am sure the air above the pool was cold and might have made the top of the pool seem cold, but it had no measurable effect on the temperature of the water in the pool.

It could be dangerous inhaling to much nitrogen, but the majority of what you see is water vapor and does not represent the actual amount of nitrogen. It was safe for her to jump in at the time she did.

There are no chemical reactions between the nitrogen to chlorine or nitrogen to water to any appreciable amount in these conditions (there are a few, but less then 0.01% and the products are unstable and will just revert back).

*note that most of what you see is from the throw. The gas sinks and floats across the pool.

*edit* God I am such an idiot! See Z's follow up and my follow up to his. So sad
