Well, this is the first time I've ever seen a lawsuit filed for this kind of reason. Failure to acknowledge cancellation of a title and assuming ownership of it as a result? The article also says that apparently the offices of Mithis had a bunch of equipment, code and other stuff stolen and they think either ex-eployees paid by SCI or operatives from SCI themselves actually commited the theft. These were relatively unknown games so it's hard to imaging they'd go to such lengths to obtain these. I'm really curious to see what happens with this.
