I think I've just now figured out that I have a sensitivity to nuts, as I am
suffering a peanut-inspired stomach ache, and it occurs to me that this is not
the first time this has happened, which also serves as a painful
(literally) reminder of how slow I can be… I definitely should have figured this
out before.

I think most alergies/sensitivities come from uncooked nuts, so it might be why it is hard to determine.

It took me about 5 years of thinking I had an ulcer to realize I was lactose Intolerant. Explained why the antacids didn't work though:)

Not that a stomach ache is a joke - I have a bad stomach myself and it's no fun. Hope it feels better soon enough so you can get some sleep.
