Yeah, not as much as beating the champ, but i think its in the region of 300 or so. You can only compete once an ingame week though, but still, easy money! Don't be a pussy and fight more opponents. My first match she offered me Minotaur Lords. I chose to fight 3 of them (the maximum amount). She paid me 2070 gold after I'd won.
Yeah, if you fight one goblin, it's not going to pay much
Question, I went spellsword, my summonning skill (Is that conjuration, i think so) is at 11, and i have no spells for that skill, can i buy the spells from somewhere and get profecient in that skill? or is that gonna be a no as i use destruction and restoration spells? This is a problem I have with mysticism and alteration. Both those skills are at 15, the lowest level spells I can find for them require 25 to cast. Iow, I can't get those skills up without a trainer. Ofcourse, nobody in the entire fucking world seems to train mysticism or alteration.
I think this is a flaw in the design. What good is a skill that you CAN'T up by yourself?
Speaking of the Arena, does anyone else have a tough time just walking away from some of the outstanding loot and stuff the later level opponents drop? I am up to the grand champion match and took a break to get some stronger armor and a better weapons but walking away from gold shields and elven long swords, and enchanted elven bows just makes we want to cry. It would be nice if at the end of all this you got to choose something to take with you...One of the final battles before I became champion (at level 22 or so), this guy had this magical sword that was, I shit you not, 22000 GOLD!!!!
I nearly smacked my monitor that I couldn't pick it up. Or how about that Aegis shield, with its magical protection?
Okay, here's another topic :
Influence of minor skills on attribute bonusses when you level up. I THINK I've got it figured out, but I need people to test and confirm it.
You level up after you've gotten enough major skills (I think it's 5 if you're < lvl 10 and then 10 if you're >10?). If you've levelled no minor skills since then, all your attribute stats are at +2.
If you level up a minor skill, the attribute that governs that minor skill gets a +1 bonus till your next level up, so it becomes +3. If you level it up twice, it becomes +4, and then +5 for three levelups of the minor skill.
So if you plan right, and don't sleep until you've done enough minor skills, it should be easy to get 3 +5 bonusses on the attributes that you want.
I've tried it twice, and it's worked so far, I just need some confirmations.
If so, you can build an absolute monster fucking character by level 10. That's 150 attribute points!
My current character is already a demiGod, but I've definitely wasted a ton of possible points.
Any thoughts?
