Battlefield 2142 Confirmed and Trailer on Digg has confirmation of the
deduction (story) that Battlefield 2142 will be the next installment in DICE's military
shooter series. The confirmation is based on a preview movie from PC Gamer
magazine, showing off futuristic combat including Mech-style armor,
concluding with the promise: "Coming Fall 2006."
There are two bugs that they still haven't managed to squish despite many attempts.
-The red player bug whereupon a member of your team appears to be on the enemy side
-The totally annoying bug where your air to air missles will veer off not 10 feet from the enemy plane to hit the fully loaded, friendly Black Hawk half a map away. I've been kicked from a couple of servers because the idiots in the BH then tk punished me for this bug.
