As promised (story), the Day of Defeat: Source Free Weekend is now underway. All that's needed to sample the World War II shooter is a Steam account. Word is: "Day of Defeat: Source is the latest version of the WWII online action game from Valve®. This weekend, everyone is invited to try DoD: Source for free. Join the ranks as Axis or Allies troops located in Western Europe during the height of the war in 1944."

Not a bad mod. It does need more maps. I was kicking butt as a machine gunner. Love camping and shooting at friggin soldiers in my paths.

I am not going to buy the mod after this weekend free trial ends. The mod needs more maps and stuff.

I will play more later today I hope.
