The Bugbear Entertainment Website has a new developer diary for FlatOut 2, the upcoming racing sequel. The journal expresses a great degree of excitement about the tracks in the game, describing how lessons learned in creating FlatOut are being put to good use for its follow-up. - Titan Quest
The German Titan Quest Website now offers downloads of all three of the diary movies from Iron Lore's upcoming RPG. These clips have previously appeared elsewhere, but are now available without watermarks.

I can't wait for Flatout2 ! Last I heard, it was scheduled for this summer.
I was a little disappointed after Rally Trophy. But then again Flat Out was an amazingly fun game. Hopefully the next one might have a few more realistic elements, like being able to hit the gas while turning.
You might have a controller issue. I hit the gas while turning all the time. It is pretty much essential in demolition modes or reorienting from spinouts quickly. In addition, you should make sure that when you create a profile that it is set to professional mode. Flatout seems much better than most other games about this.
There are also some physics mods out there which make it much more like Rally Trophy.
