Virtual Skipper 4 Demo

A Virtual Skipper 4 demo is now available, offering the chance to take the hem of a simulated sailing ship in a sample of Nadeo's seafaring sequel. The demo offers tutorials along with solo and multiplayer action. The demo is available on this page on the framed French Virtual Skipper 4 Website, which also states the game is now available in France (thanks Frans). The 220 MB download is mirrored on 3D Gamers, Boomtown, FileFront, and Worthplaying.

Wow I didn't bother to actually look at the pictures until now... That looks amazing. Though I'd rather have it as a hardware enhanced screen saver.

The game looks pretty damn nice that's for sure. Though I'm not sure how I would adapt to a game like this after playing through Serious Sam 2.

VSK3's water looked similiar, but i think it was less wave-y. I'd like to see a free exploration mode, small archipels, a replication of the carribean, something like that. Buoy races/regatta challenges are only part of the fun in sailing IMHO.
