EDIT; I play a few old games - Serious Sam 2 for example - at that res, although if I tried anything new my gfx card would probably jump out the case and strangle me in a fit of a apoplectic rage. Albeit I've never seen all that much point in high resolution myself; most of the time I'm happy bumbling along at 800x600.
Actually, most of the time I don't have a choice......
