Yes you are correct, especially if the game is optimised for cosole resolutions
As I mentioned I set most settings to medium at 16 x 12, which surely is considered, Medium for PC right

I wonder how many would report back smooth as butter or no problems if they tried even medium settings at 16 x 12.
I certianly hope its jsut me having this poor performance but from what I am reading doesnt seem so.
