Face it; you played a game from a company you've spent the past year bitching about; that smacks of hypocrisy.
It would only be hypocritical of me if I gave that company my money after my bitching about its business practices.
You just couldn't hold off playing it.
I played it because the opportunity presented itself, and I wanted to see what all the fuss was about. I didn't seek it out, nor did I install the game, or pay Valve money for it. There was no sense in denying myself the opportunity to play the game since "holding off" wouldn't change anything. Valve has already had too many
consumers suckers pay for the game to make it change its ways. The only chance for change is to boycott future Steam games.
you’re giving whoever paid for it validation for using a system that you despise.
They don't need my validation as they have already done the deed, and Valve doesn't give refunds.
