Cutscenes.
The cutscenes in Star Trek Elite Force 2, Doom 3, and NOLF 2 are all rendered in the game itself. They are not pre-rendered videos. Comparing the cutscenes is therefore a fair comparison.
That kind of hand animation is totally different than what Valve did with HL 2.
As I stated earlier, how the animations were created is irrelevant to the end result. I don't care if Valve waved a magic wand to animate the models, that has no bearing on what the end result on the screen is.
And you admit to not having played HL 2.
You simply have not read or at least understood what I wrote. I have played Half-Life 2. I just have not played it all the way to the end (due to the fact that I found it tedious and repetitive).
You still refused to admit that nin's forgetfulness wasn't the greatest act of stupidity of a long line of stupid mistakes.
The fact that he forgot EA was publishing the game after posting in the news story about it is certainly the most stupid of his posts in my opinion, but if you think he has posted something more stupid, then let's see it.
