What the hell does that mean anyway? What was unique about how it was implemented? What wasn't unique about the end result? What out there looks anything like it? What does lip-synching have to do with the facial emotions? What else out there has done better? Why the fuck are you such a giant dick? Inquiring minds want to know.
As a development feature, it may be unique in the way it is implemented, but the end result is far from unique. I certainly wouldn't call it the best lipsynching I have seen in a game.
