Well I'm all for that!
And yeah, I know most musicians never make it big, and that most do make their money off touring anyway because of the labels' insane contracts.
I don't mind paying for music -- but it'd be nice if the artist actually saw the money instead of the f'ing label execs. And most of the artists wouldn't be trying to screw over their fans (aka consumers, aka us) like the labels are trying to do with their overzealous lawsuits and miserable failures at draconian copyright protection.
