Battlestations: Midway Delay

The SCi's Battlestations: Midway Product Section (thanks Frans) reveals a delay for Mithis' upcoming tactical World War naval combat game that was previously due this summer. The site has an updated release date that reads 2006 where it formerly was 2005. This is the only reference to the delay, no explanation is offered.

The game has no releastion to the PS1 game. Based on teh description I would say it has more incommon with Air Support (Amiga) than pretty much anything else. My understanding is that it is coming along nicely and I think it has been pushed to the 1st part of 2006.
I have been really excited about this game since the leaked tech demo many moons ago and the latest trailers look damn good.
