Dungeon Siege II Demo [Aug 03, 2005, 2:11 pm ET] – Share – Viewing Comments
The playable single-player demo for Dungeon Siege II is now available, offering
the chance to sample Gas Powered Game's action/RPG sequel. The demo is rated "M"
and is intended only for those 17 years of age and older, and there is an age
gate (albeit a gullible one) on
FilePlanet (registration required), and the
remarkably large 1.4 GB download is also mirrored on
3D Gamers,
4players.de (Germany),
AusGamers
(Australia),
Boomtown,
Computer Games (Romania),
FileFront,
GameDaily, Gameguru Mania,
Gamer's Hell,
GameSpot DLX (registration required),
PC Gameworld,
VGPro, and
Worthplaying.
The graphics are best viewed when zoomed out. If you zoom in then you can see issues. But who plays zoomed in. The spec reqt's are 1Ghz CPU, 256 mb RAM, ATI 7000, so maybe too many people are comparing the graphics to UT2007. Their is a heck of alot content in this demo. I'm playing through now as a combat mage. P.S. SupCom is coming!!!
