I've seen 14 year old girls being examined by far too eager appearing security guards, not always women
From the TSA website:
"Except in extraordinary circumstances, a screener of your gender will conduct your additional screening. You may request that your search be conducted in private."
An updated policy from December of last year seems to indicate that it will always be done by someone of your gender. I wouldn't be surprised if you have to request it sometimes though.
while every single middle eastern male can walk through security unharmed because security fears him shouting racism or ethnic profiling
I'm sorry, but this is bullshit. Go change your name to something middle eastern sounding and see how much more you get searched. I dare you.
Or go do your own research. The TSA guidelines allow them to do additional searches not only on anyone who sets off the alarm, but for "visual observations".
And, from my minimal research it doesn't look like there's been any significant/successful lawsuits against the TSA for screening discrimination -- just hiring practices.
